Delatite Hell's Window Pinot Gris Gewurz Reisling

These grapes are all hand-picked crushed, co-fermented on skin by wild yeast. No filtration or fining has been used and only minimal sulphites were added. A delight to drink by itself or with tapas. As David Ritchie says "Think of this wine as a drink rather than a wine. It is more like an Aperol spritz."
