Kilikanoon Pinot Gris

With a cool growing season reminiscent of conditions of over a decade ago, the Pinot Gris bunches were monitored and sections selected at their peak desirability for the winery. Located in a natural saddle in the vineyard, the combination of richer soils and greater shade sees the varietal crispness maintained throughout the growing season.
