What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery hours are:
Mon – Sun | 10am – 9pm (order by 8.30pm for 30 min delivery)
What do you charge for delivery?
$6.49 for our 30 minute delivery or if you are within our catchment postcodes (most of Eastern Suburbs and CBD NSW). Otherwise delivery is calculated by Shippit who will always give you the cheapest price available from a range of couriers.
Is there a minimum delivery
There is no minimum order for delivery but our delivery charge always starts at $6.49.
How long will it take to deliver?
You can select which delivery option and timeframe suits you at the shipping page but it can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 1-2 weeks depending on your location in Australia.
What happens if I’m not at home when you deliver
Someone over the age of 18 must be available to receive the order and if requested, a photo ID must be shown to the driver on delivery.
Can you leave my order in a safe place if I am not home?
Yes, we can do this providing you are a registered user of Easy Drinks and this is not your first order (we need to have seen ID with your first order).
Please ensure none of the following circumstances apply.
- The address is unclear or ambiguous
- There is a risk minors may access the alcohol
- The site cannot be safely accessed
- There is no suitable location to leave the order that is not visible from the street or public view
- There is a possibility the order will be damaged (by weather, interference, pets etc).
The ultimate decision to leave an order is made at the discretion of our deliver drivers who will contact you if they have any questions about delivery.
What if I change my mind once I’ve ordered?
30 minute ‘on demand’ orders cannot be cancelled once the driver is out for delivery so please be sure about your order before choosing this option. In all other circumstances, please email us and one of our team will organise a refund for you.
What if you don’t stock what I want?
We are really proud of our extensive range of wine, beer, spirits, snacks and party extras but if there is something you specifically want to see us deliver, please email us email@example.com If you have seen it in Australia, we can source it.
Do you accept returns?
If you find a product of ours to be broken/damaged/faulty, please contact us ASAP so we can investigate (essential in the case of fine wine). Providing we agree it is broken/damaged/faulty and the product has not been consumed/partially consumed we will be happy to refund/replace it. This will be managed on a case by case basis. Why don’t you specify vintage on wines?
As we work in conjunction with many premium bottle shops across Sydney there could potentially be a variation in vintage from time to time. As such, we may not always have the most recent vintage, but we wouldn’t be far off. If you are after a specific vintage, please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Please be advised that some of our products do have a specific vintage listed and this will be the vintage that arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with all major credit cards.
Can I schedule a delivery for a later date?
Yes, absolutely! If you do not need your order immediately, just select the delivery option which suits you at checkout and leave directions in the comments box to tell us when you would like to receive your order.
What form of ID do you accept?
As per the Liquor Control Reform Act 1988, the acceptable forms of identification must be one of the following photo ID materials:
Australian Driving Licence, NSW Learner Permit, NSW Proof of ID Card, Australian or Foreign Passport, Keypass Card (including digital keypass).
