Perfumed violet top notes are interwoven with sour to red cherry, winter strawberry, fresh clove, delicate earth and spicy cedar notes. Light to mid weight with a vibrant yet supple feel, the palate is blessed with a savoury flavour profile of sour to red cherry and winter strawberry fruits gently infused with clove over a back drop of subtle cedar, earth and spice. Lively finish with beautifully integrated tannins and a very refined aftertaste.
