The cellar rat is the heart-beat of any winery according to Justin and Alicia, helping to make their job that little bit easier. But importantly, they're the next generation of stars who are given their chance to make their mark whilst at Ghost Rock. Winemakers in training, given the chance each year to create their own wine in the Supernatural range. Riesling and Gris here, a great combo for skin contact; bright acid, great florals, and just the right amount of skinsy texture. Well done little rat.
