A still table wine made out of eight barrels of Pinot Noir and two of Chardonnay, the Pinot is pressed gently off its skins and both varieties fermented separately in barrel. No fining, no filtration, this is a seriously funked up Rosé. In the pursuit of strawberries and cream in a bottle, Nic's Albino is textural, delightful and thought-provoking.

80/20% pinot noir/chardonnay, fermented and matured separately for for 10 months in barrique, bottled unfined and minimally filtered. This is finer and more delicate than the previous release, but with the trademark phenolic shape on the palate. Texturally exciting (fine, talcy, grippy), savoury, spicy and plush. Pomegranate, rockmelon, pink peppercorn, brine, cheesecloth, kiwifruit, red apples, crushed cashew and guava. Really feeling it. Nic Peterkin really is nailing the style here ... another wildly impressive release.*
