The Pocketwatch Pinot is juicy and plump with ripe and baked cherry, raspberry and plum flavours backed up with plenty of spice and vanilla. It's less of the light and floral kind of Pinot Noir and leans more toward the darker baked fruit and cosy baking spices. It has a medium body with velvety tannins and plenty of cinnamon, nutmeg, and a touch of chocolate through the finish.
