Starward Nova Single Malt Australian Whisky

Perfect clarity / polished copper. Definite wine character; comes over like Nebbiolo or Brunello di Montalcino with dried cherry, hints of prune and plum amid flashes of varnish, sweet spice and vanilla malt. Likewise on the palate, the biscuity malt beautifully dovetails with the later wine input as hints of plum and fruity dark chocolate develop at the finish.
